There is free Wi-Fi available.
Bilbao Airport offers free internet access via its WiFi network, which covers most of the passenger terminal.
To connect, simply select the airport’s WiFi network, whose SSID is: freewifi.aena.es. If you cannot detect the network, go to an area with good coverage. Once connected, open your browser and access any web page to start the connection.

Luggage storage
There aren’t lockers available at Bilbao Airport.

Bilbao Airport does not currently have a luggage storage service.
Check-in
At Bilbao Airport, especially for flights outside the EU or the Schengen area, which may involve additional times at security checks, it is recommended to arrive at least 2 or 3 hours before the departure time of your flight.
Upon arrival, you must present your personal identification and/or passport to the airline staff, along with your ticket or the locator code for your reservation, which consists of a combination of six numbers or letters provided when making the reservation.
If you have luggage to check in, you must take it to the check-in counter, where it will be weighed and labeled. Once the process is complete, you will receive your boarding pass, which will include the details of your flight: departure time, terminal, zone and boarding gate, as well as the receipt for your checked luggage.
Online check-in
To speed up the process and avoid long queues, many airlines offer the option of online check-in or web check-in.
This service is usually available from 48 hours before the flight until two hours before departure, and can be done through the airline’s website. Online check-in allows you to confirm your presence on the flight, select your seat (if available) and even book excess baggage, if the airline allows it.
